Hey there friend, how was your weekend?

Yesterday I had a pretty busy day as I was asked to preach at the church we attend here in South Africa and later had a meeting with our new Sunday school teachers! I was asked to preach about missions and evangelism (since I’m a missionary after all) and I decided to look at the more practical side of evangelism instead of just talking about more important evangelism is (which it is!)

These were my 3 main points:

1. Be equipped – Know God’s Word so you can share God’s Word!

2. Have selfless vision – Be intentional, know your audience and go for the right reasons! Selfishness will hinder your testimony.

3. Be held accountable – You need a partner in ministry to encourage you, pray for you, and correct you when you make a mistake!

Evangelism doesn’t have to be complicated or scary! What’s your favorite way to share your faith?

I wanted to let you know that The Moving Mama website is well on it’s way to be launched in June! I am so excited! We will be talking about motherhood and childhood development. Before I became a missionary I became an early childhood educator, which has really defined me both as a missionary and as a parent.

Right now I am experimenting with DIY activities for my (almost!) 9 month old. Did your baby have any favorite games at this age? Please let me know, I would love some more ideas to try out with my curious little adventurer!

I hope you have a fantastic week and you will be hearing from me again soon!
